High-moisture grain processing
Milling corn, sorghum and other cereals harvested at suitable moisture, with particle-size, throughput and storage control.
From strategy to execution,
delivers complete solutions for processing, storage, transport and operational control of feed ingredients for dairy and beef systems. Our team works across every stage, combining technology, experience and technical indicators to maximize operational performance and project economics.

Planning, execution, storage, logistics, training and control in one technical structure.
Milling corn, sorghum and other cereals harvested at suitable moisture, with particle-size, throughput and storage control.
Water calculation and application, homogenization, processing, inoculation and handling toward fermentation.
Storage of corn, sorghum, soybeans and other dry grains in silage bags, with organized operation and monitoring.
Solutions for DDG, citrus pulp, soybean hulls, meals and other coproducts used in animal feeding.
Storage of fibers, haylage and whole-plant silages according to material characteristics and nutritional goals.
Logistics for grain, machinery, equipment and materials, improving integration across the operation.
Planning, economic feasibility, equipment setup, quality control, standardization and technical follow-up.
Training for operators, technicians and teams to improve execution, reduce variation and increase operational efficiency.

Application for monitoring throughput, water, moisture, particle size, costs and generating technical and financial reports.
Processing should be selected according to grain, diet, available infrastructure and expected result. There is no universal hierarchy among technologies.
Wet harvest → milling or rolling → ensiling. The process combines physical disruption and fermentation.
Dry grain → milling or rolling → controlled rehydration → ensiling.
Dry grain → fine or coarse grinding → feeding. It does not depend on fermentation for use.
Steam and heat condition the grain before rolling. It is a thermal and mechanical route with no need for ensiling.
Technical interpretation: particle size, vitreousness, moisture, fermentation time, rolled density and diet composition modify the nutritional response.

Corn, sorghum, soybeans, oats, millet, wheat, barley and other cereals, high-moisture, rehydrated or dry.
DDG, citrus pulp, soybean hulls, meals, fibers and other animal-feed ingredients.
Whole-plant silages, haylage and bulky materials that require bagging and storage solutions.
Training
distinguishes the two systems to define processing, water, logistics and storage according to the actual grain condition.
